Searching for a flexibel full-time (32- 40 hour) job in Amsterdam? And would you like to help consumers with different questions via e-mail, chat and phone? Then the position of Customer Service Agent is the perfect job for you!

An unique business model that auctions provide the best group purchases. Along with community leaders, they contact interested consumers with suppliers who offer the best fit.

Since 2008, the company connects consumers, community leaders and suppliers by doing group purchases. They are active in Belgium and the Netherlands, England and Austria and have already helped over 300,000 consumers to switch to a new (energy) supplier.

The company is limited to the complex market (service) products, in which consumers need on a daily base, such as energy, insurance, savings and solar panels. This company is committed to transparency for the consumer to make an informed choice in this way. The company offers a full service package (IT platform, project management, supplier management, communication support and customer support) and sees himself as a professional and high quality service, where consumers, community leaders and suppliers have benefited.


As Customer Service Agent you can write and read faultlessly in English. There is a Support Desk in Amsterdam where customers from UK and USA can ask there question per e-mail, chat and phone. It is intended that these emails are handled carefully and properly in English. Of course you will get a proper training.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Customer contact via e-mail, chat and telephone;
  • You support customers in a professional and friendly manner;
  • You switch between customers and suppliers to find an effective and customer-friendly solution;
  • You work together in a team and provide input and feedback on existing processes.


  • Professional Skill in English speaking and writing;
  • Avalavble for 32 – 40 hours per week;
  • At least a full year available;
  • Customer friendly.


A fun, educational and especially flexible full-time job in the heart of Amsterdam. You can indicate weekly how many hours you are available. You will work in a young and enthusiastic team who know each other in addition to working hours. You also receive various training courses. The gross wage is between € 1.850 – € 2.100 per month.
